Terms & Conditions

Book a job with Windscreen Repairs Liverpool (legal name: Windscreen Repairs & Replacement Liverpool) and these terms apply. They set out what you can expect from us and what we ask of you: worth two minutes of your time before we get started.

1. Definitions

• "We", "Us", "Our" means Windscreen Repairs Liverpool.
• "You", "Your", "Customer" means the person or business booking work with us.
• "Services" means windscreen repair, windscreen replacement and any related auto glass work.
• "Vehicle" means the car, ute, truck or other vehicle we're working on.

2. Service Agreement

By booking with us, you're agreeing to:

• Give us accurate details about the vehicle and the damage
• Have the vehicle where we agreed, when we agreed
• Give us the go-ahead to carry out the work we quoted
• Pay the agreed amount once the work is done

3. Quotes and Pricing

• Every quote holds its price for 14 days unless we tell you otherwise.
• A quote reflects the details you've given us; if we find extra damage on arrival, the price may need adjusting.
• GST is included in our prices unless we say otherwise.
• If the vehicle or damage turns out to be different from what was described, we may need to requote before starting.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment falls due when the job is finished, unless we've agreed on something different beforehand.
• You can pay by cash, card or bank transfer.
• On insurance jobs, we can bill your insurer directly once you've authorised it.
• Amounts still owing after 14 days may attract collection costs on top.

5. Service Warranty

Everything we fit is covered by the guarantee set out in our Warranty Policy. In short:

• Our workmanship carries a lifetime guarantee: it stands for as long as you own the vehicle.
• The glass itself is backed by its manufacturer's warranty.
• Damage from new impacts, misuse or outside causes sits outside the warranty.

6. Customer Responsibilities

A few things we need from you:

• Safe, workable access to the vehicle at the job site
• A heads-up about any modifications or anything unusual about the vehicle
• Sticking to the aftercare instructions we give you, like the safe drive-away time
• Telling us quickly if something about the finished job doesn't seem right

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

8. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is capped at the value of the work we carried out.
• Damage or defects that existed before we arrived aren't our responsibility.
• Delays outside our control, weather, glass supply and the like, aren't something we can be held liable for.
• If something goes wrong, raise it with us within a reasonable time of noticing it.

9. Insurance Claims

If we're managing your claim, you're authorising us to deal with your insurer for you. Your excess, and anything the policy doesn't cover, stays your responsibility. Our Insurance Claims page walks through the whole process.

10. Intellectual Property

The words, images, logos and design on this website belong to Windscreen Repairs Liverpool and are protected under Australian copyright and trademark law. Please don't reproduce them without permission.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Dispute Resolution

Got a problem with our work or our service? Call us first: most issues get sorted with a straightforward conversation. If we genuinely can't land on a fair outcome together, the matter can go to the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) or another appropriate body.

13. Governing Law

The laws of New South Wales govern these terms, and any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of New South Wales.

14. Changes to Terms

These terms may be revised over time, and any revision takes effect once published here. Booking with us after a change means you accept the current version.
